Operating principle

"A sale without listening is just an argument you won temporarily."
Refunds, cancellations, callbacks, churn. Listening reduces all of them.

The Cockpit

Float & Listen, then connect on purpose.

One workspace. Sonar on the buyer, listening metrics on the rail, and a disciplined close only when three real yes-signals land.

Live · Apex Corp · 04:12

[04:02]BuyerHonestly, scaling this across 400 seats sounds like a nightmare for us in Q3.

Salzey whispers · Theme Catch

"They named scale twice. Paraphrase the concern back, ask what 'manageable' looks like in Q3 — don't pitch yet."

Three real yes-signals

The closing prompt is gated. On purpose.

Salzey will not surface a close until three independent signals confirm the buyer is actually with you. Tap each signal as you hear it.

Closing prompt · locked

Locked until the buyer gives you three real signals. No prompt, no scripts, no nudge.

Bernard Reminder

Preparation beats charm.

Bernard reads your Listen and Map signals and recommends the next disciplined move. It will not surface an ask until the prep is real.

The Listening Ledger

Deals won by listening. Deals lost by not.

Anonymized outcomes from Salzey-instrumented calls. Silence Score and yes-signals are the leading indicators — every loss below would have been gated by the threshold.

Drag to set the threshold. Deals below it are gated out before the close prompt fires.

Two modes

Operator runs every day. Closer is earned.

The risk isn't closing itself; it's closing without listening. Salzey separates the two so discipline scales and pressure doesn't.

Operator Mode

Default · always on

Disciplined communication. Coachable, measurable, ethically defensible.

  • Silence Score, Theme Catch, Word Gap Tracker
  • Bernard Reminder — preparation beats charm
  • Requiem Recap — post-loss learning, no guilt spiral
  • Howard's Hush — mute everything but listening for 10 min

Enterprise-compatible. Safe to ship to every rep on day one.

Closer Mode

Opt-in · consent-aware · audited

Closing isn't unethical — closing without listening is. Containment first.

  • Activated only after a Silence Score threshold is met
  • Every prompt logged for compliance review
  • Buyer-side disclosure required before recording
  • Auto-disables on detected pressure or false urgency

A guarded layer, not a default behavior.

What Salzey actually is

A real-time conversational discipline platform — not an AI sales closer. Built for consulting, contracting, design-build, enterprise, and long-cycle negotiation.

60 Selling Platforms

Three layers. One discipline.

Listen takes the salt in. Map holds it. Close applies it — only when the first two have earned the moment. Search any tool to see where it sits.

Salt Intake

The shut-up engine. Hear the call before you shape it.

  • Salzey / 01

    Silence Score

Ranks how much room you give the buyer to speak first.

  • Salzey / 02

    Repeat-After-Me

  • Salzey / 03

    Tone Catch

Flags shifts in voice — irritation, hesitation, genuine interest.

  • Salzey / 04

    Interrupt Alert

Quiet signal when you talk over the buyer, with a 3-second recovery cue.

  • Salzey / 05

Pricing FAQ

Growth credits, rollover, and top-ups

The short answers most teams ask before subscribing to Growth. Anything missing? Email sales@salzey.app.

What's a credit and how many does Growth include?
One credit = one analyzed minute of a recorded call (transcription, Silence Score, yes-signal detection, Bernard nudges). Growth includes 1,000 credits/month — roughly 200 half-hour calls — pooled across up to 3 seats so anyone on the pod can spend from the same bucket.
How does rollover work on Growth?
Unused credits on Growth roll over for one month. Anything you don't burn in November is available through December; whatever's still unused at the end of December expires. Your fresh monthly grant always lands on your billing anniversary.
What happens if we run out mid-month?
Top up anytime at $0.10/credit — no plan change required. Top-ups are billed on your next Growth invoice and are consumed only after your monthly + rolled-over credits are spent, so you never overpay.
Do top-up credits roll over too?
No. Top-ups are meant to cover a specific overage, so they're consumed in the billing period you buy them in and don't stack month over month. If you're topping up regularly, Team is usually cheaper per credit.
Can I switch from Growth to Solo or Team later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime from the customer portal — Stripe prorates the difference automatically and your credit balance moves with you on the next cycle.
What if a seat leaves the pod?
Seats and credits stay on the workspace, not the person. Remove a teammate from Growth and their share of the 1,000 credits stays in the pool for whoever's left — nothing is forfeited mid-cycle.
